Dr. Powell and Dr. Tiller are experienced in managing the special
needs of children and teen patients. We understand the gentle care

to the special concerns that surround children’s teeth development,

With children's dentistry, prevention is the key to healthy tooth
and gum growth. We treat children from infancy through adolescence
and are committed to providing an environment of friendliness and
fun. Our staff greatly enjoys working with children, and we schedule
several exciting events for kids each year, including the annual
birthday party for our mascot bears, Brushy and Flossy, and our
post-Halloween Candy Swap to raise money for the Capital Area Food
Bank.
Drs. Powell and Tiller recommend an early start for your child
to help ease him or her into a lifetime of good dental care. The
American Dental Association recommends that children see a dentist
at age one for a brief oral screening and parent education. By age
two they are usually able to start having regular check-ups and
